Lochaber Chamber of Commerce has a knowledgeable team, excellent connections and a varied business membership ranging from education to manufacturing, to transport and aquaculture, to tourism and hospitality to design, digital marketing and much more.

The chamber recently hosted in-person events that have brought collaboration with local authorities, industries, education, students, parents, carers and business owners in just a few weeks. How great is that? Not only is your chamber supporting events and bringing together businesses to learn from each other and promote their products, we’re also spending £102,000 on destination marketing spend. This has allowed us to connect with, support and collaborate with our local marketing groups Fort William 365, West Highland Peninsulas, Discover Glencoe and Road to the Isles.

We have collectively developed a TV commercial targeted at domestic travellers outside the Highlands, featured the destination in a number of videos and brought writers and bloggers to Lochaber so that our story and attractiveness as a holiday destination can be shared. We are getting the message across that Lochaber is the place of choice to visit, stay, study live and invest.

Our campaigns have meant the chamber has already reached new audiences and attracted more than three million impressions across our content that includes blogs, videos, images, social media posts and working with VisitScotland and other partners.
