Strathspey Camanachd survived a late scare to defeat the Kilmallie reserves 3-2 at Grantown Grammar School.

Strathspey’s Euan Dingwall scored the only goal of the first half on nine minutes.

Alfie Roberts on 68 minutes and Matthew Davies on 78 minutes gave the home side what looked to be a comfortabl­e 3-0 lead.

Jack Campbell on 87 minutes and a stoppage time strike from Bryan MacKay cut the deficit to a single goal, but Strathspey took the points to top the table.

The match was refereed by Glenurquha­rt player James MacPherson.

Boleskine P Strathglas­s P Boleskine were scheduled to play their first match at Smith Park in two years with the Strathglas­s second team providing the opposition.

However, covid affecting the visitors meant the game was postponed.
