Innes Blackhall marked his return from suspension with an equaliser five minutes from time as Kilmallie drew 1-1 with Glasgow Mid Argyll (GMA) at Canal Parks.

Kilmallie manager Martin Stewart had Innes Blackhall and Michael Rodger free of their suspensions, but injury ruled out Ben MacDonald.

GMA’s Ally McKerracher served the second game of his two-match suspension.

Ewen Fraser was free of injury and opened the scoring on 35 minutes but Innes Blackhall earned Kilmallie a point with his 85th minute goal.

Kilmallie now look forward to a cottages.com MacTavish Cup quarter-final against Lovat at Balgate.
