▎ About 11am on Tuesday April 5 at Bank of Scotland, Station Square, Oban, a man allegedly entered the bank and demanded money while issuing threats. He attempted to take hold of a cash box then left the building before being traced by police. The 28-year-old became threatening and abusive towards them and resisted arrest. He was charged and held in custody.
▎ At 2.20am on Friday April 8 on Stafford Street, Oban, a woman was seen by police urinating in the street. The 18-year-old was issued with a recorded police warning.
▎ Between Thursday
April 7 and Friday April 8 at Albany Terrace, Oban, a VW transporter was deliberately scratched. Police are appealing for anyone with information to call 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
▎ About 1.05am on Sunday April 10 at Shore Street, Oban, a man suspected of drink driving drove off in a vehicle. The 28-year-old was traced a short time later and failed the roadside breath test. He was charged and released on a police undertaking.
