Resurfacing near Tyndrum starts Monday
Motorists using the A85 west of Tyndrum can expect delays due to resurfacing work set to begin from 7am on Monday April 25.
The work will take place over five days, and is expected to be completed by 7pm on Friday April 29, subject to weather conditions.
Resurfacing will take place on the A85 east of Arinabea – Monday April 25-26 (two days), 7am-7pm; and to the west of Arinabea from Wednesday April 27-29 (three days), 7am-7pm.
To protect motorists as well as roadworkers, a 10mph convoy system will be in place during the works. This will be removed outwith working hours, however a temporary 30mph speed restriction will remain in place as traffic will be travelling over a temporary surface.
