Bute beat the Kyles Athletic colts 4-1 in their noon throwup at Tighnabruaich.

Frank Devlin on 23 minutes and Josh Cowan on the halfhour had Bute two up before Dave Martin pulled a goal back on 39 minutes.

However, Bute pulled away through strikes from Scott Harvey on 40 minutes and Craig Fisher a minute before the break and the result means Bute stay top of the table.

Glasgow Mid Argyll go second in the division after putting four goals past Lochside Rovers in their noon throw-up at Peterson Park.

Nick Lavin on 17 minutes and Ross Brown on 31 minutes made it 2-0 at the break.

Two late goals put gloss on the win as Ross Brown got his second on 82 minutes with Scott Anderson making it 4-0 a minute later.
