Callum and Marian get rub of the green at extra end

Oban Bowling Club held its annual Dalriada two-bowl pairs on a lovely sunny May afternoon with conditions ideal for some hotly contested ties.

Sixteen pairs took part in the knock-out competition which saw Callum Nicholson and Marian Carr come up against Semple Barrie and Helen MacLean in a close fought final.

After the regulation 12 ends the final was drawn at 12 shots each so the game went to an extra end which was won by Callum and Marian.
