A year as a councillor
This week we asked our local councillors to share their achievements since they were voted into office a year ago.
For many it would have been their first time in such a public position, and as one councillor confessed, this last year has been a steep learning curve. There has no doubt been many ups and downs, but it was important to hear what they had been doing for their constituents and their communities.
