In any city in the world, I’m tag­ging along with the Ital­ian-restau­rant­go­ers. The best car­bonara I had was in Babbo in New York.


On an Aus­tralian tour I was given a mag­num of Pen­folds. I didn’t want to leave it any­where – it ac­com­pa­nied me through­out.


A good home­made roast. Beef with veg­eta­bles and gravy on a Sun­day. Com­fort food.
