Denholm replaces Musk as Tesla chair

The Observer - - Businees & Cash -

Tesla appointed Robyn Denholm as chair of its board, replacing the electric-car company’s founder, Elon Musk. The move was forced on the company by US regulators to settle claims against Musk of fraud and misleading investors. The appointment ends speculation that James Murdoch, the boss of 21st Century Fox and a Tesla director since July 2017, had been lined up to take over.
