Tired Brits shun sex
A THIRD of Britons are too tired for love-making, according to a poll.
Stress, technology and work and family pressures are being blamed for the nation’s sleep shortage.
Only 13 per cent get the recommended eight-nine hours, suggests the survey.
Poor diet and late nights also contribute to 29 per cent being too tired for sex.
Anna Magee, of website Healthista, which co-comissioned the research, said: “Energy has become the new commodity we all want but desperately lack.”
