Jobo dad: My lads are united

JO and Boris John­son’s dad Stan­ley yes­ter­day in­sisted the “united”pair are not plot­ting to oust Theresa May af­ter the younger brother re­signed as trans­port min­is­ter in protest at Brexit.

He said there was no col­lu­sion in the John­son ranks, adding: “I wasn’t aware of Jo’s res­ig­na­tion till he an­nounced it.

“I’m ab­so­lutely in favour of where he is and I think it’s cru­cial to en­sure there is a coali­tion in Par­lia­ment ready to block the Govern­ment’s pro­pos­als.”

Jo is a Re­mainer and Boris was a chief fig­ure in the Leave cam­paign but their fa­ther, a Tory EX-MEP, in­sisted both are now in agree­ment on the UK’S prospect of a Brexit deal with Brus­sels.
