GET­TING too much sleep could be a killer.

Snooz­ing for longer than six to eight hours was linked to a higher risk of early death and de­vel­op­ing heart and brain dis­ease, an in­ter­na­tional study found.

Get­ting nine or ten hours of sleep saw the heart dis­ease risk rise 17 per cent. It shot to 41 per cent if you kipped longer than ten hours.
