GETTING too much sleep could be a killer.

Snoozing for longer than six to eight hours was linked to a higher risk of early death and developing heart and brain disease, an internatio­nal study found.

Getting nine or ten hours of sleep saw the heart disease risk rise 17 per cent. It shot to 41 per cent if you kipped longer than ten hours.
