Tesco Finest Sauternes, 2015 THIS French dessert wine is sweet but not sugary with flavours of honey, apricots and baked fruits. The white Bordeaux grapes that go into Sauternes have been affected by noble rot (botrytis) which doesn’t ruin them but helps give them their concentrated flavour.
