KLOPP FAILS TO PITCH IT RIGHT

JURGEN KLOPP had a long way to run to keeper Alisson during his ‘spontaneous’ outburst of joy last week.

No problem with him showing his emotion, but there are limits. For example, if he wanted to celebrate, he could have thrown himself into the jubilant crowd behind his bench. Or the gaggle of coaches.

Not sure he had to charge 50 yards onto the pitch in front of 50,000 people and millions watching on TV.

Everton boss Marco Silva maintained his composure and really was the real winner by maintaining his integrity throughout – despite the injury-time kick in the stomach.
