Hunger Games star blasts court claim
Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence has furiously denied she slept with movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.
The rape-charge film producer, 66, is alleged to have boasted he bedded The Hunger Games star.
Weinstein made the claim when he pushed another unnamed actress to the floor in his office in 2013, according to new court papers.
When the Hollywood wannabe rejected his advances, Weinstein is alleged to have said: “Do you even want to be an actress? I slept with Jennifer Lawrence and look where she is. She has just won an Oscar.”
Jennifer, 28, who won her award in 2013 for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook with Bradley Cooper, 43, said: “My heart breaks for all the women who were victimised by Weinstein.
“I have never had anything but a professional relationship with him.
“This is yet another example of the predatory tactics and lies that he engaged in to lure countless women.”
Jennifer has previously said: “I heard that he was a dog but he was always almost paternal to me. He was never inappropriate with me.”
