EIGHT deaths at an A&E unit will be investigated after an inquiry raised “serious concerns.”

Prof Mike Bewick led a review of 229 deaths in A& E at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley, West Mids, since 2016.

Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust says it will carry out “full expert reviews” of the eight cases a nd is “a bsolutely committed” to improving.
