Drone clue in manhunt

A DRONE flyer could hold the key to a hunt for a missing man last seen on a beach, police believe.

Alastair Done, 25, was on Balmedie beach near Aberdeen on January 5 around 3pm.

Police appealed to the man flying the drone saying: “You may have captured footage of Alastair but not realised. It may be crucial to our inquiries.”

They also t hanked Aberdeen Coastguard for its help in the hunt for Mr Done, from Cheshire.
