James told the Daily Mail he has been in­spired to talk about his strug­gles be­cause of the work that Kate and his brother-in-law Prince Wil­liam and Prince Harry have done with their Head To­gether men­tal health cam­paign.

He added: “It feels as if a great weight has been lifted.”
