James, who knew since childhood he was severely dyslexic, was then diagnosed with attention deficit disorder. He said: “Since then I’ve been seeing Dr Pereira every week.”
James told the Daily Mail he has been inspired to talk about his struggles because of the work that Kate and his brother-in-law Prince William and Prince Harry have done with their Head Together mental health campaign.
He added: “It feels as if a great weight has been lifted.”
