IT’S SPY TIME BIELSA TARGETS HAD LOOK AT THEMSELVES

-

YOU think there are no more new stories in football, then ‘Spygate’ erupts, starring Marcelo Bielsa and Leeds United.

Now that he has been rumbled, the Argentine (right) needs to desist.

He’s held upp his hands to it. He says it’s a tactic he has always used. Clearly, judging from Derby boss Frank Lampard’s claims, it happened earlier this season too.

It does cross the line of fair play and sportsmanship. Lampard’s right, how can it not? If yyou have inside knowledge of any line-up and tactics, is it going to help? Of course it is.

Bielsa can maintain he did not know the etiquette in this country. A cop-out answer.

Leeds need to be called to account and receive an appropriateppp sanction. However, others who need to be answering questions include security officers at 22 other Championship training grounds. They’ve all got ‘em.

Quite what they were doing, allowing unknown personnel to wander around their fiefdom, heaven onlyy knows.
