Pat village on display
THE sets used to create children’s TV favourite Postman Pat have been saved from destruction.
Models of Greendale, Pat’s fictional home, were due to be binned.
But animators Mackinnon & Saunders, who made the show’s last series, persuaded a film archive to step in and help.
CEO Peter Saunders said he was “relieved” the sets had been saved.
They will be displayed at the Waterside Arts Centre in Sale, Gtr Manchester.
