Choc the fine print..

-

CHOCOLATE lower in sugar which loses none of its taste can be made using 3D printers, experts say.

The chocolate is heated to 55C, cooled and fed into the printer, then layered into six combinations with different sugar levels.

Trials at Canada’s Alberta University found a 19% cut in sugar due to the 3D printer layering did not affect sweetness and taste.

Last week, Cadbury’s owner Mondelez showed off a 3D printer at a trade fair in India.
