Tigers’ tale stays sweet

LEICESTER maintained their perfect record in the Premiership Cup by thumping Wasps 55-7. Kini Murimurivalu’s first-half try was added to by Calum Green, James Whitcombe, Hosea Saumaki with two for Guy Porter put the Tigers ahead 41-0.

Oliver Hartley pulled back a try before Saumaki (below) scored two more for the Tigers as the visitors earned their second win from two.

Gloucester also picked up another big victory as they beat Exeter 45-19.

They ran in six tries against Exeter after Alex Morgan’s two first-half tries. Worcester also beat Bristol 68-13.
