JON BRADY praised Northampton’s resilience in the face of some refereeing decisions he claimed went against them. Mitch Pinnock gave the Cobblers the lead in the 60th minute but Bradford soon equalised through Charles Vernam.

Boss Brady described Alex Gilliead’s challenge on Liam Roberts as “dangerous play” and said: “We were disappointed with these decisions, but the players showed character to come away with a draw.”

Bradford boss Derek Adams said: “It was always going to be tight but we almost got the winner.”
