A Rash(er) Decision

A potter around the kitchen is a real pleasure, and though I’m definitely not averse to the odd culinary shortcut, I never thought I’d be convinced to cook my bacon in the microwave. But when my family WhatsApp group was set alight with news of a magical gizmo that means minimal washing-up and no frying fumes, I reluctantly tried it out. Well, guess who’s eating humble pie (and a great many bacon sandwiches) now? This gadget makes perfectly crispy rashers every time – just add a dollop of brown sauce.
