Sharing Knowledge
The annual Scottish Wild Food Festival is solely dedicated to the practice of foraging.
Due to take place for the third time over the weekend of September 17-18, 2022, the event brings together expert foragers, chefs, educators and producers to share their knowledge, passion and produce with a growing audience.
Hosted in a woodland setting on the edge of
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the festival features foraging walks, talks and workshops on topics ranging from herbal folklore to fungi identification.
The wild food market features local and wild-food specialist traders, and there are plenty of chances to taste the best in wild and foraged cuisine.
