Turmeric, Chickpea and Carrot Kefir Dip

■ 250 ml (9 fl oz) Bio-tiful Kefir
■ 3 carrots, chopped and steamed
■ 1 cup chickpeas
■ ½ tsp ground cumin ■ ½ tsp ground coriander ■ ½ tsp ground turmeric ■ 1 clove of garlic ■ Zest and juice of half a lemon
■ 1 tsp tomato paste ■ 2 tbs tahini
■ 2 tbs olive oil
■ Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste To Garnish: handful of pomegranate seeds; toasted pine nuts; fresh coriander.
1 Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
2 Blitz everything together.
3 To serve, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, toasted pine nuts and fresh coriander.
