Kefir Tzatziki Dip

■ 1 cucumber
■ 1 cup of Bio-tiful Kefir ■ 4 tsp olive oil
■ 2-3 tbs lemon juice ■ 2 garlic cloves
■ 1 tbs fresh dill
■ Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste To Serve: toasted pittas.
1 Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds.
2 Purée the ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
3 Cover and chill for a few hours before serving. This goes really well with home-made kebabs.
