Inspirational Grandson

My middle grandson Lauchlan, aged four and a half, always gets upset with the rubbish people throw out on to pavements and into grass areas, saying, “It kills the animals.”

Choosing to walk the 1.7 kms to my house with Mummy (my daughter

Kathleen) rather than drive with Daddy and big brother, he took a bag and tongs and this is what he collected on the walk.

With more youngsters like him, let’s hope this sort of mindless litter disappears altogether. I am very proud of him.
