Darren Ferguson is comfortable wth his decision to borrow players from Manchester United, the club managed by his father. Posh boss Ferguson has received criticism on social media networks for taking advantage of his family connections to bring Davide Petrucci and Scott Wootton to London Road from Old Trafford. But Ferguson said: “I look at players from all clubs, not just Manchester United. “Wewouldn’t get them if Manchester United thought the players wouldn’t benefit from joining us. “United loan out a lot of players to different clubs and it’s not as though we’re always going back there for players anyway.” Ferguson has loaned five players from Manchester United in five years as Posh manager. One of those was for one week.
