Fans views - Get Paul Daniels rather than Paul Ince and be prepared to welcome Fergie back!

-

Twitter has naturally been awash with fans offering up their opinon on who should be the next Posh boss...and who shouldn’t. Bob Peeters was unlucky to be sacked by Charlton and was a decent player with international experience.

@RealJohnEvo Kevin Phillips at 25/1.

@DazMoody Russell Slade. Will get us Dean Cox and better for him to work under Darragh MacAnthony than Vincent Tan. He did great at Orient.

@docpalmer Adrian Boothroyd, he plays great attacking football.

@lest-ntfc Is Barry Fry available?

@neilperrettecho Warburton for me. You only have to listen to him speak, but I suspect his sights will be higher than Posh.

@mrstulee Genarro Gattuso as he’s mental and I think that’s what we need!

@ValeBianca_C Keep Dave Robertson until the end of the season and see how he has done. If not Mark Warburton has achieved miracles at Brentford.

@pufctommy Nigel Adkins would be my choice as he’s a good tactician who will change a formation when it’s not working. He would be good with injuries as he used to be a physio.

@davitt3 Martin Allen has worked wonders at Barnet. He has a good track record and doesn’t get the credit that he deserves.

@MarmiteKid77. Anyone but Steve Evans.

@SuperPosh. I’d give Dave Robertson a go until the end of the season. Our season is already over and we will have a bigger choice in May.

@imtomhutch Fergie will be back one day.

@JG16_ Dave Robertson must be a contender as he bleeds blue and he’s cheap.

@Markwatson75 I’d rather Paul Daniels got the job than Paul Ince.

@IanJBryant I like Paul Raynor, good footballing brain and in my opinion, the technical brains behind Steve Evans’ success.

@OliverTurner1 Paul Ince, Stuart Pearce, Bryan Robson, John Barnes. Scary stuff. Say no to all please Darragh.

@almostnorthern Splash the cash and get Nigel Adkins in.

@ojchwawa Is Steve Evans really the man to put bums on those empty seats? Not in my opinion and that of probably the vast majority.

@peterdickinson7 Put a call into Alan Curbishley. That surely makes the most sense?

@CorrStevecorr.
