Free fitness classes continue for all ability levels at Central Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer. Tonight and every Thursday at 6pm is a boot camp class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.
On Tuesdays there is boxfit at 6.45pm. A fun way to get fit through highintensity full body workout.
