The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has launched a competition encouraging businesses to saddle up and be in with the chance of winning VIP tickets at the charity’s legendary London to Brighton Bike Ride.

Any business to register a team of at least five people to this year’s London to Brighton Bike Ride before April 1 will be entered into a prize draw.

The winning team will win VIP tickets for their whole team, with access to the VIP marquee and an assortment of food and refreshments at both the start and finish line.

The winning company will also be able to start the ride at any time and be able to show off their golden wrist bands and rider numbers on the day.

The iconic event sees around 15,000 cyclists of all abilities get on their bikes on June 17, 2018 to ride the 54-mile course from Clapham Common, through the Sussex and Surrey countryside and to Brighton’s seafront. Riders will be met at the finish line with a fun-filled beach village, making it a great day out for the whole company.

Now in its 43rd year, the London to Brighton Bike Ride is Europe’s oldest charity cycling event, and over the years has seen hundreds of thousands of cyclists from businesses across the country pedalling over 41million miles, helping to raise nearly £70million for the fight against heart disease.

This year it’s hoped the event will raise around £3million

for the BHF’s vital work.

Through the generosity of the public, the BHF is committed to funding half a billion pounds of ground-breaking research by 2020 to reduce the terrible burden of heart and circulatory disease in the UK.
