Damien dazzles with a ton

There was a rare win for Division Two strugglers Uffington. They successfully overhauled Grantham thirds’ 215 with Damien Herrick hitting a brilliant 133 not out out of his side’s 218-6. Colin Miles had earlier taken 5-27 for Uffington. Leaders Pinchbeck won by a whopping 195 runs against Spalding thirds. Mark Ramsden (97no) and Harry Wilkinson-Roberts (74) led them to a formidable 261-2. Danny Jackson then took 4-1.
