Fog lights warning after collisions

Drivers are being warned to use their lights in foggy conditions following a number of collisions in the city.

There were a series of accidents on Monday morning in low visibility, including a six vehicle collision on the A1 at Wittering.

The Peterborough police account tweeted: “Please drive to the weather conditions and have your lights on. Officers dealing with RTC’s are seeing too many vehicles without any lights on.”
