Foot-long tooth goes on display

A foot-long mammoth’s tooth, and a woolly rhino’s neck bone, both thought to be 250,000 years old, have gone on display at the Fossils Galore museum in March. The items were found by workers at a gravel pit at an undisclosed location in Cambridgeshire.

The mammoth’s tooth
