Bass on song in big cup win

Fernand Bass scored four times as Bretton North End romped to an 11-1 win at Moulton Reserves in the Northants Lower Junior Cup on Saturday. Lewis Archer bagged a hat-trick with Reece Walker (2), Tom Staggs and Scott Harrison also on target. Bretton also reached the semi-finals of the Northants Vets cup with a 3-0 success in a city derby at Itter Park Rangers. Greg Stanley, David Maxey and Anthony Rozario scored.
