PLAYERS TO WATCH
Oxford have some gifted attacking players in their squad, namely widemen James Henry and Ricky Holmes. Holmes is a legend up the road at Northampton for helping the club run away with the League Two title in the 2015-16 season. He eventually followed Cobblers boss Chris Wilder to Sheffield United after a short stay with Charlton, but the Blades have since loaned him to Oxford for whom he’s scored three goals.
Henry, who scored against Posh last season, is Oxford’s top League One scorer with five goals. Goalscoring on-loan midfielder Marcus Browne, ex-Liverpool playmaker Cameron Brannagan and former QPR and Reading forward Jamie Mackie are other Oxford players to watch. Rob Dickie is a strong centre-back.
