ICA going well in the cup

League Cup holders ICA Sports are again going to take some stopping. They breezed through to the quarter-finals on Sunday with a comfortable 4-1 win over big city rivals Netherton United thanks to goals by Lorna Hart (2), Zoe Leddy and Sarah Rouse. Riverside were also big winners, brushing aside St Ives Town 6-3 courtesy of an Annie Posnett hat-trick, single strikes by Caitlin Heagren and Hannah Murphy and an own goal.
