Walking the line beautifully between contemporary and traditional bluegrass, Mile Twelve is an exceptionally talented young quintet from Boston USA who will be performing live in concert at Spalding’s South Holland Centre tomorrow (Friday) at 8pm.

Their entertaining material includes creative covers as well as their own acclaimed bluegrass and folk originals and a sprinkling of traditional songs.

With four members from the Eastern USA, plus one New Zealander, the band line-up is: Evan Murphy on guitar, Bronwyn Keith Hynes on fiddle, Catherine “BB” Bowness on banjo, Nate Sabat on double bass, and David Benedict on mandolin - and all five members sing, delivering outstanding vocal harmonies.

Their gig at the South Holland Centre is a date on their very first UK tour which should thrill the area’s ever growing Americana fans.

Tickets are £14, £13 concessions and £7.50 for under 26s from the Box Office 01775 764777 or online www.southhollandcentre.co.uk
