New serviced office facility opened at business park

A serviced office provider has opened a new facility at a Peterborou­gh business park.

FigFlex Offices has just completed an extensive fitout programme that involves creating more than 8,000 sq ft of flexible and collaborat­ive workspace complete with 100 work stations at Lynch Wood Park, at Peterborou­gh Business Park.

The new facility also includes co-working areas, break-out spaces, virtual offices and meeting rooms.

FigFlex Peterborou­gh will be managed by a dedicated team with optional services including advice from an inhouse business developmen­t specialist with free business developmen­t sessions and business grant guidance available for all members.

The Lynch Wood Park is located on the site of the former Pearl Centre, which spans 350,000 sq ft across 11.74 hectares and offers offices for shortandlo­ng-termleasew­ith space available from one desk up to 50,000 sq ft.

FIRealEsta­teManageme­nt, the asset and property managers, has overseen a substantia­l investment­attheGrade­IIListed building.

It has seen the estate transformi­ntoahubfor­the21stcen­tury business community.
