PJ Care is an award-winning company, which is currently looking for skilled staff for its new care practitioner roles at both Grange Farm and Shenley Lodge care centres. This new and exciting role is for staff currently at Senior Carer level, preferably with NVQ Level 3. The care practitioners will not only ensure delivery of the highest standard of care to residents, they will help to supervise, train and encourage other staff to advance their careers in this rewarding sector.
Who are PJ Care?
PJ Care provide care for adults who have progressive conditions such as Huntington’s disease or early onset dementia. These are not care centres for older people but specialist facilities which also offer support, care and rehabilitation for people with brain injuries.

Are you an experienced senior carer with an NVQ Level 3 or above in health and social care? If so, then you could be just the person PJ Care is looking for. Successful candidates who join the team will be supported through the
CHAPs (Care Home Assistant Practitioners) training, which involves both an element of study and competencies assessments.
