Essich sell-out for Kirkwood Homes
Within the first five weeks of being released for sale, more than £4.5million worth of homes at Kirkwood Homes’ Essich Meadows development in Inverness were snapped up.
The development of 15 three-bedroom terraced and four and five-bedroom detached homes being built by the luxury home builder is three miles from Inverness city centre and all available plots have now been reserved since release at the beginning of the year.
Essich Meadows is one of two developments launched in the Highland region by the Aberdeenbased house builder, with a development of 60 homes at Slackbuie Drive launched for sale last autumn.
Colin Crombie, managing director, said: “The outstanding response to our Essich Meadows development in Inverness highlights the demand for highquality housing in this area. Our expansion into the Highland region was in line with our company growth and to help alleviate the need for housing. We are delighted that our new home owners have managed to find their ideal home.
“We have become renowned for our highquality finish and luxury standard specification. If you are looking for a new home in this area we still have homes available at our Slackbuie Drive development, which has also had an extremely positive start and has already achieved £2.68million of sales. It provides a very encouraging outlook for the rest of the year.”
Kirkwood Homes has forged a solid reputation focusing on quality rather than quantity. A commitment to high standards of finishing and fittings has been put ahead of volume building, establishing the firm towards the luxury end of the market.
