-

Stewart Milne Homes has opened the doors to its latest show house at Dunnottar Park in Stonehaven. Visitors will be able to wander round the five-bedroom home, whether you’re thinking of making the move from Aberdeen or are completely new to the area.

Local designers Jane’s Interiors has taken inspiration from the surrounding landscape with a soft and natural theme throughout, alongside a nod to Dunnottar Castle.

The entrance hallway leads to a spacious living room and an openplan family kitchen and dining area with high specification integrated appliances, while a convenient utility room, WC and double integral garage complete the downstairs of the home.

Heading upstairs, there are five bedrooms with both the master and guest bedrooms featuring en-suite shower rooms and built-in wardrobes and the floor hosts three further bedrooms, as well as a spacious family bathroom.

Designed by renowned urban architect Karen Cadell, Dunnottar Park features a bespoke collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes which mirror the historic town of Stonehaven, with a picturesque courtyard layout echoing the 19thcentury walled boundaries throughout the scenic coastal town.

John Low, managing director at Stewart Milne Homes, said: “The exquisite new Fetteresso show home gives buyers a true taste of what life would be like at the unique Dunnottar Park in Stonehaven, by illustrating the superb level of finish that can be achieved inside to match the high quality external environment.”

The five-bedroom Fetteresso homes start from £560,000.
