Man serious after Oxford Street fall
A man believed to be a window cleaner is in a serious condition after falling from a building on Oxford Street in central London. Horrified commuters described seeing blood on the pavement when the man, in his mid-40s, fell near Harewood Place.
The incident happened at around 6.30am yesterday. A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “A man in his 40s, believed to be a window cleaner, had fallen from a height.”
