Fourth person shot dead in city

Police have sealed off an area in Tampa, Florida, where a fourth person has been shot dead, possibly by a serial killer.

Police could not say immediately whether the shooting is related to the killings of three people during a 10-day period last month.

Officers immediately taped off the scene in the Seminole Heights district after finding the body of 60-year-old Ronald Felton yesterday.
