Senior citizen dies following robbery
A senior citizen has died after falling from a mobility scooter following a street robbery, police said.
The victim, 77, died in hospital after suffering a heart attack in Crawley, West Sussex, on Sunday.
A 36-year-old man from Crawley and two men, aged 41 and 25 – both of no fixed address – have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
They had initially been held on suspicion of robbery.
