Boyle named Dens assistant

Dundee manager Jim McIntyre has appointed former Airdrie manager Jimmy Boyle as his assistant at Dens Park.

Boyle has been with the club as head of youth development since 2016 and is an ex-team-mate of the new Dark Blues boss.

James McPake will take up the position as interim head of academy.
