Food donations and celebrations at event

The organisers of this weekend’s inaugural AFFA Fine Cheese ‘n’ Wine Tasting event have encouraged visitors to make food bank donations.

Food and drink enthusiasts are expected to sample more than 100 types of cheese and wine from local, national and international suppliers at the Doubletree by Hilton Aberdeen Treetops hotel.

The organisers are encouraging visitors to bring ring non-perishable food items and toiletries for the Instant Neighbour’s big Christmas food drive.

Donations will be taken at the festival entrance.
